The Philadelphia Eagles season has officially started

Well not quite officially started but the Philadelphia Eagles kicked off their preseason slate by losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers at home 31-14.  Nobody will quite remember this game come November or hopefully January but this is still time to celebrate the fact that the football season has started.  Sure Carson Wentz and Nick Foles took a total of 0 snaps last night the Eagles fans did not disappoint as Lincoln Financial Field was almost at capacity to watch the first game as defending Super Bowl Champions.
When each pre season game ends there is a sigh of relief when a major injury is not the headline.  This game did not produce any major injuries or concerns for the Eagles as the biggest hiccup to the starting lineup was a minor injury to Corey Clement who seems like he will be fully recovered by the next pre season game.  While the Eagles did lose the game the injuries are more of a concern at this point of the season which ending the game with zero is a huge positive.
Another huge positive for the Eagl
